Tanya Goddard Salon

Tanya Goddard is a talented sculptress who makes detailed figurative sculptural compositions. She has recently opened her own salon located in St Benedict’s. This is an art gallery with a twist and Tanya successfully captures the Parisian salon atmosphere of the late 19th century.  Visitors can relax on a settee and view the myriad of her sculptures and installations plus paintings by international and local artists.

As a professional artist for over 20 years, Tanya has had exhibitions throughout Europe plus 2 in New York.  Since relocating to the UK in 2015 she has developed into creating complex installations and  ceramic fantasy figures. There have been 3 TV programs about her life and work the most recent for Sky TV in 2020.

Tatiana graduated from Moscow State University of Arts & Design and subsequently worked as a stage and costume designer for Moscow theatres prior to working for the Russian Ministry of Culture. Here she sourced works of art throughout Russia and organised exhibitions in major Russian cities.
After working as an antique painting restorer in New York, a personal tragedy led her to focus her talents on sculpting. Her life then changed dramatically when her US patron Thomas Bolan invited her to exhibit at an international exhibition in New York where her success launched her career throughout the USA and Europe.
